NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC, MUSIC PERFORMERS AND MUSIC PRODUCTION COMPANIES:

Heirs or the Owners of the copyright of the late musician Lojze Slak inform the Slovenian public that in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP Articles 21 - 33), the use of author's works by Lojze Slak or the Lojze Slak Ensemble for the purpose of distribution, reproduction, processing or other forms of exploitation of the author's works, is possible only with previously arrangement of material copyrights. We urge all those interested in using the musical works and lyrics of Lojze Slak or the Lojze Slak Ensemble to properly arrange material copyrights with the heirs or copyright owners.
